Waxing is one of, if not the, most popular choices for removing unsightly hairs, and it's not hard to see why when results are so good and last for a reasonable amount of time. Waxing at home is fun and easy to-do with a little know how and experience, i'm sure you've tried it yourself many a time already and love the super smooth results that it can give. But have you tried body sugaring? No? Well why not! It's awesome and quite surprisingly simple, you can even make your own recipe for it at home which is great, and certainly saves money on hair removal as you don't need to buy expensive leg wax.
I totally recommend bathing some hours before our appointment, this will clear the skins pores allowing the hairs to stand upright. However don't bathe right before a leg waxing as this can soften the hair too much causing it to break when the waxing strips are pulled off. This can leave short stubbly hairs behind which is the last thing we want.
Post waxing i suggest using a mix of tea tree and lavender oil to treat the area, and a few days after your waxing appointment i strongly advise you to exfoliate your legs to help prevent any pesky ingrowing hairs from appearing. It's important you don't wear tight clothing such as leggings for a few days after waxing as they can irritate the freshly hairless skin.
